Hi Guys.
I have used this for years but with the latest update I cant seem to do anything I use to.
So I am now going to find another website that will.
But thank you for the use of what use to be an awesome GPS mapping programme
On 25th March 2024
This is terrible
On 25th March 2024
Once an area is deleted, you have to reload the page (which resets all areas and zooms out to world view) to start a new measurement? That doesn't make much sense.
On 25th March 2024
I've been using this app since 2016. This new version is completely unusable. I can't get perimeters listed wit the area output & there's no total quantities for when multiple selections are made.
By Unhappy Long Time User on 25th March 2024
I realise & appreciate that the previuos excellent user friendly version was free of charge (and thank you for that) but this 'new' version is simply unusable. None of us can make it work, even our programmer. We will happily pay a fee for the previous version if that helps, but please bring it back - now!
By Paddock Services on 25th March 2024
Please revert back to the previous version as soon as possible. Have used this excellent facility for years as we do a lot of work for private clients with land holdings of various sizes. Now, at the start of the new season cannot begin to make use of this new version which does not deliver a simple and practical way of finding and then measuring areas

Agree with all the other comments made. This used to me the go-to Maps measuring tool for me - considerably superior to all its competitors - but now it has become the absolute worst. Very disappointed but there is no point in even trying to use this tool again unless the valued old version is restored.

This version is complete garbage!!
By Unhappy User on 24th March 2024
New version is terrible. Stop "fixing" what isn't broken
By NunyaBiznash on 22nd March 2024
Can't use this version at all. Go back to old version please!
On 21st March 2024
I now only visit this site to see if the old version has been restored and to read the new comments in this section.

Everyone is in complete agreement in their opinions on the new version.
On 21st March 2024
Same comments as below. Take the old version and add the dimensions on each line for the "Area" calculator and call it a day. Can't tell the SF of a house using the new version....
By Brett O on 21st March 2024
Can you please add, "remove last point"?
On 21st March 2024
I agree with most people in the comments, please bring back the older version.
On 20th March 2024
Unfortunately, I agree with most of the negative comments about the new version. Old version was much more intuitive and allowed greater flexibility. Thanks for providing this product for free but please consider reverting back to the old version.
By Brian on 20th March 2024
Please bring back the OLD VERSION

This was a great program before the update. It is no longer useable, we will have to find another one.

On 20th March 2024
I work for a national turf lawn chemical company. I have used Daftlogic for over 10 years. The ability to add and sum each area together was priceless. The ability also to remove the toggle markers and create a "clean" image made the previous Area Calculator tool useful to me. I will have to find an alternate measuring tool. Clearly, the software designers do not work in the landscape, pool or real estate business. Upgrades have rendered this product useless. I realize it was a free tool, but it is now a free tool that nobody can use and thus cannot generate advertising revenue. Good Luck

Not a fan at all, bring back the old one please. Creating multiple polygons doesn't work well, cannot see both totals at the same time. Disappointing to find this, why mess with a good thing.
On 20th March 2024
Can you bring back the old version?
By BMS on 20th March 2024
Can no longer use. Won't let me drop pins or delete points. Bring old version back.
By Waylon C. on 20th March 2024
This not new update, there is a lot you remove. not usable anymore,
On 19th March 2024
please go back to the old version this new one is not good at all.
On 19th March 2024
Please Please Please go back to previous version!!!!
On 19th March 2024
This version is horrible. why even offer the ability to measure the area when you can not with this version?
By 13309 on 19th March 2024
I used this all the time to figure out acreage for leasing land or fertilizing. Now I can't. This was my favorite tool because of the ease. I guess I'll have to look elsewhere
On 18th March 2024
what r yall on abt this site is really useful (to me). the least yall could do is say why.

On 17th March 2024
Is this a joke? What have you done with the previous program? This is complete garbage.
On 17th March 2024
You can't do anything now. Bring back previous version!
